• Editorial Comments: Name or nickname, email address, and IP address submitted when posting on articles in our Insights library to prevent automated spam and abuse.
• Technical Telemetry & Cookies: IP address, device browser type, security tokens, session cookies, and anonymized Google Analytics logs.

2 Private Messaging & 1-on-1 Live Video Calls

Direct Communication: Private conversations and matches are encrypted in transit. Live 1-on-1 video calls connect over direct, encrypted Peer-to-Peer WebRTC streams between participating devices.

We do not record, store, or archive audio or video streams from private video calls. Unauthorized screen recording or screenshot distribution without the explicit consent of the other participant is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

5 Your Rights & Permanent Account Deletion

• Access & Rectification: Review or update your profile details directly via your profile settings.
• Temporary Deactivation: Instantly hide your profile from all search feeds while maintaining your chat records for when you choose to return.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Permanently erase your account via Account Management. This immediately and irreversibly wipes all your photos, private message history, match logs, and database records from our servers.
